Is there a delivery or pick-up fee?
No – in most cases. If you’re outside our standard delivery zone we will provide a custom quote based on travel time and mileage.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
Yes, if possible, we need someone 18 years of age to meet us for drop-off. We’ll coordinate everything with you ahead of time to make the process as easy as possible.
How big are the moving bins?
Our reusable moving bins are designed to hold a large amount while still being easy to carry and stack. Each bin is durable, secure, and perfect for household items, office supplies, clothing, kitchenware, and more.

What is your cancellation policy?
What if I have stairs?
For any delivery, we reserve the right to charge a $10 fee per flight of stairs that we help with. There is obviously no charge if you carry the boxes up or down the stairs on your own.
